Job Description:
- Conduct specific search projects to source high-quality candidates for our clients’ hiring mandates
- Look for candidates through cold calling, our in-house system, mapping, networking, and online search tools (such as: linked in & financialcareer etc)
- Assist senior consultants from all aspects from updating mappings/source list/system; conducting ground searches; to bringing in high-quality candidates for consultants to meet or call.
Job Requirement:
- Around 2 years working experience after graduation.
- Proficient in speaking of Mandarin, Cantonese & English all 3 languages. And good writing skills of Chinese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Someone either with recruitment, or financial services working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic and hard-working
- Be able to work under pressure
