General Responsibilities- Promote a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to private hospitals and clinics.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve KPIs and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend effective counter strategies.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including reporting and forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
Job Requirements- Degree or professional qualification in Science or a Medical-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with good numerical sense.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Experience in team management is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
