In September 1992, China Resources Group (CR Group) invested Winland Investment Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong, and renamed it as “China Resources Enterprise, Limited (CR Enterprise)”. CR Enterprise was among the first Chinese enterprises to be listed in Hong Kong. As the first listed company of CR Group, CR Enterprise initiated a new era of Chinese companies entering international capital market. Through M&A, joint ventures, spin-offs IPO, asset replacement, CR Enterprise has facilitated CR Group on industrial transformation to drive faster business growth.

一、岗位职责
1.根据公司发展战略，组织制定人力资源中、长期规划和年度计划；
2.建立并完善各项人力资源管理制度、管理标准和业务流程，并推动执行落地；
3.负责对分管领域的各项工作进行指导、审核和把关，及时处理管理过程中的重大人力资源问题；
4.协助部门负责人做好部门日常管理、团队建设等工作，组织开展人力资源团队专业能力建设，推动提升公司整体人力资源管理水平；
5.监督、指导下属单位人力资源管理工作，开展对下属单位人力资源工作的赋能提升和穿透管理；
6.上级交办的其他工作。
二、任职条件
1.清正廉洁、诚实守信、担当奉献，认同公司文化价值观，综合素质优秀；
2.工作业绩突出，具有较强的领导能力、判断与决策能力、沟通协作能力及影响力；
3.大学本科及以上学历，从事组织人事相关工作5年以上，具备团队管理经验，具有较强的专业能力；
4.具有良好的职业操守，不存在岗位有关任职限制。
