Our client is International School. Due to school development needs, we are now seeking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager with to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for HR-related support work, including salary payment, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, annual tax filing, compensation and benefits management, recruitment, employee relations management, and work visa processing.
  • Handle tasks such as performance management, salary adjustment plans, and incentive mechanism schemes.
  • Take charge of personnel management, staff transfers, employee files, HR system management, and background checks.
  • Be responsible for improving and following up on the human resources and administrative management rules, regulations, and work processes of the Hong Kong Company.
  • Complete various work targets assigned by the company's management and daily HR and administrative work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Relevant work experience in international schools or the education industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Mandatory Provident Fund Ordinance, and other HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Ability to properly organize and coordinate various tasks, with strong coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in official reception etiquette and communication skills.
  • Skilled in operating HR software, ERP systems (e.g., UFIDA, Kingdee, etc.), and office software (Excel, PPT, etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese skills, including fluent Mandarin proficiency.
