Assistant Manager / Manager, Treasury Settlement Division (Operations Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Perform Maker and or Checker for daily settlement on FX/MM, , Options, DCM trading, Bond, Structure Product and OTC Derivative
• Manage & monitor the implementation of new systems, launch of products, and departmental & cross-departmental projects in accordance to the business strategies
• Assist to the process improvement review and new system project
• Funding arrangement in between Nostro position
• Corporate action handling on checking coupon payment and redemption
• Create Static data set up
• Perform Bond and IRS fixing
• Prepare and monitoring HKTR reporting and periodic reporting
• Ad hoc task assigned by Section Head
• Follow up failed trade settlement cases with counterparties

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Treasury Product, experience in project management is a plus
• Knowledge of AML
• Responsible, self-motivated and independent
• Able to adopt changes and be innovative
• Strong knowledge of MS Office & Chinese typing
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
