Founded on 25th February 1933, CMB Wing Lung Bank is among the oldest local Chinese banks in Hong Kong. In 2008, CMB Wing Lung Bank was acquired by China Merchants Bank (CMB). Responsibilities:

• Monitor teammates’ performance in providing timely services on loan drawdown and refinancing, loan rollover and renewal, loan sell down and sub-participation to support various business units, and loan maintenance, settlement estimation and loan termination related matter。
• Provide guidance, advice and on-job-training to subordinates. Ensure all operations follow guidelines and government regulations。
• Backup ICCR duties in monitoring internal control and compliance matters, ensure government regulations and guidelines related to loans operations are followed。
• Support work automation projects, devise/fine-tune work procedure related to responsible area, update operational procedural manual, review document for the team。
• Handle external parties inquiry and prepare reply letter。
• Handle internal/external audit matters。
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 10 year experience in manager level
• Substantial experience in loan documentation, loan draw down and loan maintenance operations in lending products
• Good understanding of market practice
• Well around knowledge on bank loan products, compliance knowledge related to loans operations。
• Good communication skill, supervisory skill & problem solving skill
• Mature, initiative cooperative and independent
• Able & willing to work under pressure
• Computer knowledge, hands-on experience in MS office application and Chinese character input
