Assistant Training Manager (Elite Agent Training)

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)") with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design, delivery, implementation and maintenance of training programs/activities for agency force to uplift agents’ Productivity and Professionalism
  • Take lead to drive and organize new and existing product training for agency force to enhance selling skills different types of insurance product
  • Liaise with external parties to arrange existing and/or develop new training programs and/or activities to meet business strategy and market situation
  • Develop training tools/ e-learning with different format such as video editing, interactive e-learning production
  • Provide training support, including program development, arrangement and delivery, on various kind of training programs such as IIQE and CPD
  • Maintain training records and prepare various kinds of training report
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant training experience, candidates with strong insurance sales background is highly preferred.
  • Detailed-minded, flexible, proactive, a good team-player and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
