Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager / Head of Member Relations & Engagement to lead the member-facing operations of an exclusive Private Venue. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth members, driving acquisition, retention, and engagement while upholding the club's reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with proven expertise in luxury hospitality, private club management, and relationship-building with discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a high-performing member relations team, including front desk, concierge, docent, and engagement specialists, ensuring alignment with the club's service standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver world-class hospitality and personalised service.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the team, providing ongoing coaching and development.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work culture that priorities service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily club operations, ensuring seamless integration of facilities, member services, and event programming.
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistency and efficiency.

Member Acquisition & Retention

  • Drive new member acquisition through targeted outreach, personalized engagement, and leveraging networks.
  • Design and implement retention programs that strengthen loyalty and long-term engagement.
  • Monitor member feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve satisfaction.

Sales & Service Excellence

  • Ensure all member-facing staff consistently demonstrate luxury service standards and consultative selling skills.
  • Oversee consignment sales programs and align initiatives with member interests and revenue objectives.
  • Implement service audits and feedback loops to maintain elite standards.

Member Experience & Partnerships

  • Curate and deliver exclusive member experiences, including private events, cultural programs, and lifestyle activations.
  • Develop personalized VIP CRM strategies to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build strategic partnerships with luxury brands and lifestyle providers to expand member benefits.
  • Address escalated issues with discretion and implement feedback-driven improvements.

Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, member relations, and operations management.
  • Deep understanding of high-net-worth clientele expectations and ability to deliver bespoke experiences.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and optimising CRM systems for personalised engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English required, Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
  • Open to foreign candidates with relevant luxury hospitality or member club experience.
