Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Reporting to the Group Financial Controller
• 向集團財務總監匯報
• Working in Finance Team of 8 members
• 與8人財務團隊合作
• Leading monthly, quarterly, and year‑end group financial consolidations
• 主導每月、季度及年終的集團財務合併
• Preparing consolidated financial statements, reports, and accounting schedules in line with IPO requirements
• 編制符合上市要求的合併財務報表、報告及會計附表
• Coordinating with external auditors for interim and annual audits, and IPO due diligence
• 與外部核數師協調中期及年度審計，以及上市盡職調查
• Assisting in the preparation of interim and annual group results for IPO prospectus
• 協助編制中期及年度集團業績，用於上市招股書
• Developing financial forecasts and budgets, including group‑level consolidation for IPO readiness
• 制定財務預測及預算，包括集團層面的合併，以備上市
• Conducting operational analyses and preparing management reports for senior executives and IPO advisors
• 進行營運分析並為高層及上市顧問準備管理報告
• Liaising with bankers, auditors, lawyers, and group entities during IPO preparation
• 在上市籌備期間與銀行、核數師、律師及集團公司保持聯繫
• Managing tax filings and compliance to meet listing standards
• 管理稅務申報及合規，以符合上市標準

Ideal Candidate Profile 理想人選條件

• Member of HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional body
• 香港會計師公會、ACCA或同等專業資格會員
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in financial consolidation, preferably within listed companies, IPO, multinational corporations, or large audit firms
• 至少4至5年財務合併經驗，最好曾於上市公司、IPO籌備、跨國企業或大型審計事務所工作。
• Strong technical expertise in consolidation across multiple subsidiaries and a solid understanding of IFRS
• 具備跨多個子公司合併的專業知識，並熟悉IFRS
• Prior IPO exposure or experience in listed companies is a significant advantage
• 曾參與上市籌備或具備上市公司經驗者為重大優勢
• Big4 experience with exposure to IPO or listed companies will also be considered
• 具備四大會計師事務所經驗，並曾參與IPO或上市公司工作者亦會被考慮。
• Familiarity with month‑end closing procedures and internal control frameworks
• 熟悉月結流程及內部控制框架
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• 精通英語及中文
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• 熟練使用Microsoft Office應用程式
