Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager/ Finance Manager to manage our full set of accounts and support key financial operations. If you have strong accounting expertise and a passion for financial accuracy, we invite you to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and maintain a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting;
Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports;
Perform credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial record
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations;
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions;
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required;
Assist in other financial administrative duties.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline;
Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required;
Min 8 years of experience in handling a full set of accounts;
Hands-on experience in bank and/or credit card reconciliations is preferred;
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations;
Proficiency in accounting software;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines;
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
