Requirement:
- Degree holder of IT, business or related disciplines
- 5+ years’ experience in business analyst or related areas is preferred, solid experience on Non- governmental Organisations (NGO) sector is an advantage
- Track record in product development lifecycle in balancing innovation and technical capability
- Practical knowledge in web development and SQL would be an asset
- Strong sense of initiative and a proactive working attitude
- Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Initial contract term for two years; candidates with satisfactory performance may be considered for permanent employment afterwards based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Designing world-class solutions tailored to our clients’ needs
- Demonstrating the passion for technological innovation in operation, service and decision making
- Proactively managing projects and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders: users, solution team, development team, network infrastructure team and service providers
- Taking initiative in business analysis, UI flow, mockup, wireframe, etc. to manage the expectations amongst stakeholders
- Leading multiple work streams and day-to-day activities concurrently, providing tier 1-3 end user support
- Advocating standards and methodologies to improve operation efficiency
- Performing other assigned tasks for the department
