Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Macau team effectively
- Develop and implement innovative business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Macau market
- Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with clients and partners
- Actively engage in sales activities, including networking and attending industry events to expand the client base
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, collaborating with different teams to deliver innovative media solutions that meet client needs
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, event management, or media, with a strong focus on sales
- Proven track record of successfully soliciting, securing, and expanding new business
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
- Hong Kong and Macau Permanent Resident is preferable
