We are looking for an Ice Rink Manager to join our Ice Rink Team. Cityplaza Ice Palace is a shimmering wonderland nestled within the heart of Cityplaza, offering a captivating ice skating experience for all ages. Our Ice Rink Team of specialised staff are dedicated professionals with diverse skills and expertise to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the operational budget, monitoring expenses and revenue
• Formulate business plan focused on operation efficiency, customer service, and revenue growth
• Monitor and analyze business performance to inform strategic decisions
• Prepare reports on operations, staff discipline, and financial metrics
• Manage the recruitment and training processes to ensure staff are equipped to deliver excellent customer service
• Cultivate team collaboration by supervising and engaging frontline staff to devise & align on operational strategies
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance Lead the promotional events, seasonal campaign at rink & annual ISI Skate HK competition
• Identify new commercial opportunities and value-added services
• To build good relationship with different stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder preferably in operation management, recreational management or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ experiences in a managerial management
• Rink operation experience with good networking in professional & global skating circlesis an asset
• Passion to the sport of ice skating, sports entertainment or business development experience is an asset
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven managerial skills and a team leader
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency and customer service principles
• Willing to work on shift basis
