We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a multi-year cloud migration initiative. This role requires strong program oversight, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines. Acting as a key liaison, you will bridge internal IT teams, external vendors, and senior leadership.

工作内容

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud migration projects, from planning through execution.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and financial targets.
  • Partner with sponsors and business leaders to develop business cases and secure approvals.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management.
  • Monitor vendor-led project teams to ensure compliance with migration standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to local and group PMO.
  • Manage sourcing activities including RFPs, SoW drafting, and contract sign-off.
  • Oversee offshore delivery teams and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Identify potential risks and dependencies early; propose mitigation strategies.
  • Adapt plans to evolving business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and analytical rigor.
  • Drive improvements in processes and project outcomes.

理想的求职者

  • Proven track record in large-scale cloud migration programs.
  • Strong governance, vendor management, and multi-stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, or related fields.
  • 10-15 years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management, ideally in financial services.
  • Background in complex transformation programs involving cloud technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Skilled in anticipating challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
