The incumbent will be instrumental in driving the growth of the Regional Premium Banking customer base through the establishment and nurturing of strategic partnerships. This role involves acquiring high-quality Referral Intermediaries (RIs) as business partners, identifying potential alliance partners, and assessing their suitability for collaboration. The incumbent will articulate partnership terms, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefits. A strong understanding of the banking industry will enable the manager to effectively connect partners with OCBC’s offerings, focusing on opportunities in Singapore and Hong Kong to enhance market presence and meet regional client needs equitably across both markets.
