Job Description:
- Lead business analysis for the wealth management digital transformation program, from requirements identification to solution design
- Collaborate with UX designers to gather user insights and ensure customer-centric solutions
- Communicate and coordinate with diverse stakeholders across business, technology, and management
- Build and lead a Business Analyst team, providing training and coaching, and promote Agile/Scrum practices
- Establish and continuously improve BA standards and best practices to enhance project delivery effectiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 3 years in wealth management or private banking
- Proven track record in digital transformation and large-scale cross-functional projects (e.g., CRM, client journey design, investment/insurance process optimization)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; relevant certifications (CSPO, CSM, SAFe, ICAgile) preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in English and Putonghua
