Responsibilities:

Perform valuations for the firm’s segregated accounts, private funds, and authorized funds, and generate portfolio related reports based on business requirement.
Design, document, and continuously refine valuation workflows and produce comprehensive process manual when needed.
Collaborate with the company’s system team to automate operational processes.
Collaborate with the company’s system team to handle data-governance and information security tasks.

Requirements:

Prior experience using Advent Geneva to do portfolio valuation and report generation is highly preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, especially the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Programming skill is a plus, particularly Python.
Excel proficiency is preferred, including VBA.
Fluent spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
