Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Web3.0 ecosystem and the Fintech related program.
• Elicit user requirements, perform analysis and feasibility study.
• Propose IT solutions on business requirements with appropriate technologies.
• Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams.
• Lead, manage and implement Blockchain/Web3.0 related projects to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Monitor and Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, and status meeting.
• Work closely with users and vendors for system requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, implementation and testing on banking project.
• Liaison and coordinate effectively with both internal users and external vendors.
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance test.
• Support in daily operation.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in project management/ business analysis/ application development, preferably within blockchain, Web3.0, or crypto-related industries.
• Strong understanding and knowledge in Internet, Web3.0 and blockchain technologies is required.
• Familiarity with smart contract development cycles, compliance, AML and regulatory considerations is highly preferred.
• Experience in vendor management is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, open mindset, ownership mindset, good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with strong "can-do" attitude.
• Deadline sensitive and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage.
