Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, tendering and managing alteration, addition, and ad hoc E&M/Builders work projects
• Assist in overseeing the entire project. Coordinate with contractors in resolving any project-related issues, conflicts and disputes that may arise, e.g. on project timelines, quality standards and budgetary constraints, etc.
• Perform daily inspections to monitor the progress of construction activities to ensure project completion with compliance of related building codes, regulations, PMSA Codes of Conduct and safety standards

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Service/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in property maintenance years with 3 years' supervisory experience
• Sound experience in handling lift maintenance works like lift modernization works and statutory submission of Alteration and Addition Works under Building Ordinance
• Members of CIBSE / HKIE / HKIS / RICS and holder of Grade A or above electrician will be an advantages
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great interpersonal skills, with a service centric manner
• Good communication skills, good team player, self-initiative and pro-active with good supervisory and presentation skills
