Assistant Manager, Aircraft on Ground Desk

Responsibilities:

• Lead the AOG desk team to carry out 7x24 duty to support and accommodate the daily operation of aircraft maintenance
• Arrange duties for shift staff monthly
• Participate daily maintenance operation meeting
• Manage and monitor the spares support process
• Monitor and arrange the removed spare parts returning back HKG after case settlement in outstations
• Conduct case analysis, record reports and make continuous improvement toward the support
• Prepare and issue Daily Operation Report to department
• Monitor the ADD of fleet especial focus on solution of Cat A/B/C level
• Coordinate with other departments for the air craft on ground protection in outstations if needed
• Develop solutions of complex problems arising during the duty
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• More than 3 years related experience
• Holder of engineering or business or finance degree
• Strong analytical thinking skill, presentation skill and stress-resistance
• Willing to travel when required
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Able to work independently under high pressure
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skill
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
