Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital banking strategy that aligns with the bank's overall business objectives, focusing on customer experience, innovation, and growth.
- Identify and explore new digital banking solutions to address customer (both personal and corporate customer) pain points and emerging trends, staying ahead of the competition.
- Lead the digital banking team in project lifecycle management, from user requirements preparation to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with the Information Technology team and vendors to develop effective implementation plans for digital banking projects.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including various functional teams, to develop, enhance, and manage digital banking products and services.
- Negotiate with external parties, including system vendors and business partners, to drive new business development and marketing support.
- Ensure proper risk management and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, working closely with relevant units such as Compliance & Risk Management.
- Lead and grow the digital banking team, developing talent and capabilities to support the company's digital transformation journey.
Requirements:
- University graduated preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in digital banking.
- A seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving digital transformation, including the development and delivery of digital products and services through various channels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital banking strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talen.t
- In-depth knowledge of digital banking products, services, and technologies, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance risk and reward.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Able to effectively manage and prioritize the needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders, while leading and influencing others to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to lead and apply digital project lifecycle, encompassing product development, technical expertise, market analysis, and customer-centric considerations.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, build strong relationships, and facilitate effective collaboration.
