LEASING MANAGER (RETAIL)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare budget plan & rental forecast, develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for the assigned retail portfolio
• Co-operate on credit control matters, follow up with delinquent accounts in the protection of landlord’s interest
• Conduct market research & analysis periodically to identify market trends, demand and potential opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including asset management, marketing and operational teams to promote the success of the assigned retail portfolio
• Execute key asset management initiatives for the assigned portfolio as per the asset plan
• Co-ordinate with property management team to deliver excellent customer and tenancy services
• Lead and motivate subordinates

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 8 years' experience in retail leasing with major developers
• Strong retail and F&B sense with strategic mind to position and brand the assigned retail portfolio
• Proactive, possess positive attitude and drive for excellence
• Solid people management skills to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
