Responsibilities:

• Devise product and marketing strategies to grow personal loan and/or SME lending business to achieve business goals
• Lead product initiatives and responsible for product planning, commercialization and execution throughout product life cycle
• Drive digitalization and innovative projects to grow personal loan and/or SME lending to uplift competitiveness in the market and enhance customer experience
• Enhance digital customer journey and automate or streamline the end-to-end process to shorten processing turnaround time and enhance productivity
• Uplift the personal loan and/or SME lending brand image and acquire new customer sources through marketing campaigns and partnership network
• Leverage on customer analytics to deepen personal loan and/or SME lending penetration into existing customer base and cross-sell of banking products
• Work closely with Credit department to review credit policies to maintain a balance between risk and reward
• Ensure the compliance with relevant internal and external regulatory requirements and manage related projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in banking industry, solid experience on retail lending business is preferred
• Possess strong business mindset and analytical skills
• Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
• With solid project management experience
• Risk management related experience is a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Retail Banking Product Manager, Unsecured Lending
