Your role:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll calculation, employee compensation & benefits administration, employee attendance and leave management etc.
  • Handle routine maintenance in HRIS and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Support HRIS enhancement projects and processes improvement
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulations
  • Perform detailed salary analysis for internal compensation actions and external hires, and handle salary survey data submission
  • Involve in annual manpower budget and compensation review exercise
  • Prepare and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
  • Participate or lead in HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned

We are looking for:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits
  • Familiar with Oracle systems is an advantage
  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and related legislation
  • Energetic, well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently & multi-task
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
