Position Overview 職位概述

• You will report directly to the Materials Director and play a pivotal role in leading the purchasing function across China and the Asia Pacific region.

• This is a strategic leadership position requiring strong supply chain expertise, market knowledge, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責

• Lead and manage the purchasing team to support daily factory operations.
• 領導並管理採購團隊以支持工廠日常運作。
• Optimize supply chain efficiency across suppliers and internal operations.
• 優化供應商及內部運作的供應鏈效率。
• Monitor and enhance supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.
• 監控並提升供應商在品質、交期、成本及反應速度方面的表現。
• Review and improve AVL (Approved Vendor List) and delivery lead times on a regular basis.
• 定期檢討並改善核准供應商名單 (AVL) 及交貨週期。
• Establish and maintain VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) with key and high-volume suppliers.
• 與主要及大批量供應商建立並維持供應商管理庫存 (VMI)。
• Organize annual supplier conferences to communicate forecasts and demand projections.
• 舉辦年度供應商會議，傳達來年預測及需求。
• Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies for direct and indirect materials.
• 制定並執行直接及間接物料的成本降低策略。
• Collaborate closely with Sales and PMC departments to align procurement with order patterns and cost-effectiveness.
• 與銷售及生產物料控制部門緊密合作，確定最具成本效益的採購方案。
• Streamline purchasing operations across Hong Kong and China teams.
• 優化香港及中國採購團隊的運作。
• Develop disaster and risk management plans to mitigate material shortages in the market.
• 制定災難及風險管理計劃，以應對市場物料短缺。

Ideal Candidates 理想人選

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• 工程、工商管理、採購、製造工程、供應鏈管理或相關學科的學位。
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within the electronics manufacturing industry (EMS preferred).
• 具備至少 10 年相關經驗，其中至少 5 年於電子製造業 (EMS 優先) 擔任管理職位。
• Strong background in order fulfillment and material sourcing.
• 擁有訂單履行及物料採購的扎實背景。
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and electromechanical component markets.
• 深入了解機械、電子及機電元件市場。
• Proficient in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• 良好的英語英語及中文 (包括普通話)。
• Proven ability to manage diverse cultural teams with a results-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of driving change in conventional work practices.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

• Stationed in Dongguan, with travel to Hong Kong and Southeast Asian factories required.
