Role Purpose:

The candidate will assist in performing a full range of legal operations duties and in ensuring the ASW Group companies are compliant with statutory requirements.

​A typical day in this Role:

• Providing legal advice and support to our business operations
• Contracts review
• Handle disputes and litigations
• Handle commercial transactions
• Legal compliance
• Internal training

Success will depend on:

• Qualified Hong Kong lawyer
• Practical and commercially astute
• Minimum 4-5 years’ PQE experience working in law firm or commercial sector
• Able to work independently
• Experience in a technology rich/digital environment (including adtech, digital transformation, social media, big data)
• Experienced in intellectual property matters and other general commercial practice
• Experience in retail business will be an advantage
• Experience in TDO and data privacy matters will be an advantage
• Good drafting skills
