Hip Hing Construction Company Limited, a main contractor in Hong Kong undertaking various types of building and civil engineering projects, is looking for a high-calibre candidate to fill in the following position for its Hong Kong projects: -
Responsibilities:
- Execute digital strategy and detailed project plans.
- Oversee delivery of complex digital projects (e.g. Smart Site Safety System, BIM, automation, data integration).
- Liaise across teams to ensure collaboration and project adoption.
- Drive process automation, data analytics, and AI for workflow optimization.
- Manage vendors and project partners.
- Develop agile solutions into scalable enterprise systems.
- Manage resources and budgets for sustainability.
- Set KPIs, track progress, report to management, and measure performance after implementation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or other related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years or above relevant experience with at least 5 years in manager position in relevant position
- Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
- Holder of certifications in PMP, Agile or Change Management is preferred.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors in HK and GBA.
- Knowledge of enterprise and construction technology platforms.
- Strong execution, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
