Job Responsibilities

• Project Management:
  Responsible for the full lifecycle management of bank IT projects, including developing project plans, monitoring project progress, coordinating resources, and resolving issues that arise during the project, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Requirement Analysis:
  Work closely with business departments to gain a deep understanding of business needs. Conduct business and user requirement analysis, and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Vendor Management:
  Establish good cooperative relationships with vendors, manage vendor contracts and service quality, and ensure the stable supply of IT infrastructure and services.
• Risk Management and Compliance:
  Ensure that the IT department's operations comply with the bank's internal policies and external regulatory requirements, manage IT risks, and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Testing and Launch:
  Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, oversee the execution of these plans, and resolve issues identified during testing. Be responsible for the launch arrangements of new products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Problem Solving:
  Provide support for problem resolution and technical support in the production environment after project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Preferably with HKQF-related qualifications.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in IT project management or team management.
• Strong project management abilities, leadership, and communication skills; familiar with bank IT infrastructure.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with database management systems (DBMS) like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of middleware technologies and application servers (e.g., WebLogic, WebSphere).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles (e.g., data encryption, network security).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and version control systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, mandarin speaking required.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst.
