We are now seeking a self-driven, passionate and experienced candidate to fill the following position:

This role is responsible for strengthening engagement with ISF Alumni through strategic programs, events, and communications. The incumbent will develop and manage initiatives that foster lifelong connections between the school and its alumni community while supporting the overall goals of the Communications and Community Office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline;
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or event management;
• Excellent organizational, project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships;
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage completing deadlines and priorities;
• ISF Alumni is preferable;
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
• Creative, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
