Job Description:
- Contract management:
- Review, interpret and input contract/medical networks/enrolment information into related systems
- Handle doctor applications and movements
- Assist in consolidate issues and liaise with Legal
- Assist in monitor and report contract setup/renewal progress
- Resolve issues arising from contract/medical networks/enrolment set-up:
- Provide customer service support on contract/enrolment set-up enquiry
- Investigate and identify root cause
- Communicate with relevant parties to develop solutions and to avoid future occurrence
- Develop and ensure smooth implementation of new and non-standard workflow processes
- Provide training to other staff on system use and contract logistics (including prepare training materials, issue broadcast and demonstration etc)
- Analyse business needs and system behaviours in order to contribute innovative solutions
- Provide any support and coordination on project assigned
- Provide guidance to junior staff on their BAU and project tasks
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by team head
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or equivalent, preferrably in Business Administration or IT disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in the Policy Administration / IT in Insurance or HealthCare Industry
- Experience in handling IT projects preferred
- Willing to learn, organized, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule
- Strong logical thinking, problem solving, analytical skills and details-oriented
- Self-starter, independent with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
