Responsibilities:
- Formulate credit risk management policies for retail exposures, and supervise its implementation; review policies of subsidiaries and Southeast Asia Branches
- Perform due diligence for new products and credit programs; take part in related projects;
- Monitor credit portfolio; prepare management reports;
- Perform credit analysis on significant applications; review performance of approvers in 1st line of defense.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above;
- 1-3 years’ experience in credit risk management is preferred, preferably with private bank, digital finance, retail lending in Southeast Asia;
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred;
- Knowledge of related regulatory requirements and market practices.
