Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide our key account customers with the best and most professional service across all aspects by understanding their needs, applying industry standards in account management, and maintaining strong, positive relationships to maximize business opportunities for assigned accounts

  • Implement sales strategy for assigned key accounts that can maximize our products presence and control trade spending with continuous growth in sales and improvement on profit

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and deliver high value-added consumer product solutions to assigned accounts

  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify strategic opportunities for business growth

  • Continuously achieve and supervise the team to achieve Consumer Product business targets for the assigned key accounts

    The successful candidate will be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in a multinational FMCG

  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years managerial experience

  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships

  • Possesses an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for account development

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications & Chinese word processing
