Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver a spectrum of IT/AI application and data services to improve operational efficiency and enhance internal control
• Establish IT/AI application use cases and to develop protocol with ongoing tracking and improvement measures
• Utilize AI analytics to extract meaningful insights, optimize services and enable predictive modeling
• Refine AI models & prototype to meet business requirements and objectives
• Prepare IT development documents, data analysis reports, business requirements
• Aid supervisors with daily team operations and project management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Information System or relevant disciplines
• Strong understanding on banking operations with knowledge of banking environment and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong
• Independent and with good analytical skills
• Experience in AI/machine learning model related risk and control governance is a plus
• Experience in coding SAS, Python, Tableau, VBA, etc. is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is preferred
• Good at using MS Office including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
