(Architect / Building Construction / Building Service)

Our client is a reputable property developer who is looking for a capable professional project management candidate to join their team :

Duties :

monitor investment project execution from planning, design, execution to completion including time, cost and quality control
monitor consultants and work with contract partners in design, tender, contract management, project management, etc
to work with joint venture partners and to liaise with related government departments during the project execution period
tackle problems encountered and provide solutions to improve the project development efficiency
ad hoc and other duties

Requirements :

Degree in Architect or Structural or Building or Construction or Building service or Project management or equivalent
possess 5 years or above solid relevant experience in property development project management with property developers and recent experience in handling Hong Kong local projects
experience in residential/office projects with exposure in JV project a plus
conversant with local government regulations
has excellent planning, organizational, communication and negotiation skills
Responsible, self motivated and a team player
Can command fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
