Resident Architect

Key responsibilities:

Report to Head Office on site matters and coordinate with Head Office project/design team on design and technical solutions;
Site coordination, resolve technical issues and quality control on site and issue site memos, drawings and documents as required;
Carry out site inspections to ensure the works are carried out in accordance with contract drawings, specifications and requirements and the workmanship/quality are up to standard;
Act as TCP under AP stream as required by BD, monitor construction programme and works progress, and construction supervision;
Attend site meetings and issue regular site reports;
Lead and coordinate with the site RSS team including resident engineers, BSI, COW;
Interface with User’s/Client’s representatives on site.

Requirements:

Master/Bachelor Degree in Architecture;
Registered Architect in Hong Kong;
Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification and on site experience. Experience in Hong Kong A&A works is preferred;
Candidates should be knowledgeable on statutory requirements, and possess experience on design coordination, site coordination, project management and construction supervision;
Experience as Resident Architect preferable.
