Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and fund raising exercises;
Advise clients on the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other matters incidental to the transactions;
Coordinate and assist in the origination and marketing of corporate finance engagements;
Communicate with regulatory authorities such as the SEHK and the SFC; and
Review transactional documents and co-ordinate due diligence work.
Job Requirements:
Outstanding academic achievement in a top tier university, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Law discipline;
Professionally qualified as an accountant, lawyer or CFA and/or with in depth regulatory knowledge relevant to Hong Kong listed companies;
A minimum of five years of relevant experience gained in financial institutions, corporate finance houses or professional firms (such as international accounting firms and law firms) with at least three years of experience in advising on corporate finance transactions; and
Excellent command of both English and Chinese as well as Putonghua.
Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Vice President, Corporate Finance.
