We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full cycle of talent acquisition process including sourcing & attracting potential candidates through various channels (e.g. recruitment & social media platforms), conducting interviews, preparing employment-related documents and handling on-boarding formalities
- Handle C&B related matters including monthly payroll, MPF, tax returns, insurance administration and benefits review
- Monitor attendance records and support leave administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases
- Support annual exercises such as pay reviews, incentive and bonus distribution, performance management and employee engagement programmes
- Prepare reports and analysis on HR metrics for management review
- Assist in organizing training activities, company activities and staff engagement events
- Perform full spectrum office administration supporting including office cleanliness, office supplies replenishment, general insurance renewal, vehicle licenses renewal and etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and new HR initiatives are required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable company
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, good team player with good communication skills
- Previous working experience in engineering sector and familiar with HKIE Scheme “A” training will be an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
