財務經理 (薪資:HKD 32,000-35,000)
崗位職責:
- 深度剖析公司財務數據與市場趨勢,精准識別業務增長機遇與潛在風險,為管理層提供數據驅動的決策支持,助力業務優化與持續增長;
- 組織構建並優化財務預測模型,涵蓋門店營收、食材成本、人力成本、運營費用等核心維度,建立標准化數據采集、整理、分析流程,確保數據准確性與及時性。
- 牽頭制定集團及各門店年度、季度財務預算,結合餐飲行業淡旺季特性,建立預算執行動態監控機制,及時預警預算偏差,提出調整建議,確保經營目標達成;
- 聚焦餐飲核心成本(食材、人力、能耗),通過數據分析追溯成本構成,識別浪費點與管控漏洞,聯動運營團隊制定成本優化方案,推動費用率合理下降。
- 對接運營、采購、門店等部門,明確數據需求,提供定制化數據分析支持;推動財務數據工具落地,賦能業務端高效使用數據,提升整體經營效率。
- 定期組織財務培訓和業務交流活動,提升團隊成員的數據分析能力和業務理解能力,培養跨部門協作精神,打造一支高效、專業的財務團隊。
任職要求:
- 本科及以上學曆,具有5年以上財務管理經驗,具備實體行業財務管理經驗者優先,尤其在數據分析和市場趨勢分析方面有豐富經驗者優先;
- 熟悉內地財務體系,對內地財務、稅務、審計法規及政策有全面的了解,並具有豐富的實操經驗;
- 能熟練使用數據分析工具和模型,對各項數據和市場趨勢進行深度分析,精准識別業務增長點和潛在風險;
- 對數據與業務具備高度數據敏感性和洞察力,邏輯思維縝密,能獨立拆解數據需求、梳理邏輯框架並清晰輸出分析結果;
- 具備良好的團隊領導能力、組織協調能力、商務談判能力和風險防範能力,能夠推動跨部門項目順利進行;

Finance Manager (Salary : HKD 32,000-35,000)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of corporate financial data and market trends to accurately identify business growth opportunities and potential risks; provide data-driven decision support for management to facilitate business optimization and sustainable growth.
- Lead the development and optimization of financial forecasting models covering core dimensions such as store revenue, food costs, labor costs, and operating expenses; establish standardized processes for data collection, organization, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the formulation of annual and quarterly financial budgets for the group and individual stores, taking into account seasonal fluctuations in the F&B industry; establish a dynamic monitoring mechanism for budget execution, promptly alert on budget variances, propose adjustment recommendations, and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Focus on core F&B costs (food, labor, energy consumption); trace cost structures through data analysis to identify waste and control loopholes; collaborate with operations teams to develop cost optimization solutions, driving a reasonable reduction in expense ratios.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Store Management and other departments to clarify data requirements and provide customized data analysis support; drive the implementation of financial data tools to empower business units in utilizing data efficiently, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Organize regular finance training and business exchange activities to enhance team members' data analysis capabilities and business acumen; foster cross-departmental collaboration and build an efficient, professional finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of financial management experience. Candidates with experience in financial management in the manufacturing industry are preferred, especially those with rich experience in data analysis and market trend analysis.
- Be familiar with the mainland financial system and have a comprehensive understanding of mainland financial, tax, and audit regulations and policies, with rich practical experience.
- Be proficient in using data analysis tools and models to conduct in-depth analysis of various data and market trends, and accurately identify business growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Have a high degree of data sensitivity and insight into both data and business. Be able to independently break down data requirements, organize logical frameworks, and clearly present analysis results.
- Possess strong team leadership, organizational and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, and risk prevention capabilities to drive the smooth progress of cross-departmental projects.
- Be honest and upright, with a rigorous working style, professional ethics, and a sense of mission. Be able to maintain the company's interests and reputation, and have strong learning and adaptability skills.
