About our Client

The client is a globally renowned and trusted partner in the textile industry, specializing in testing, certification, and research. With decades of expertise, it provides innovative solutions to ensure quality, safety, and sustainability in textiles and related products.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Sales & Client Engagement

  • Support in identifying potential clients and generating leads to grow the client base.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely support to meet their needs effectively.

(2) Market Research & Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Identify opportunities to promote softline testing services through channels such as seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.

(3) Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing their concerns professionally and ensuring satisfaction.

(4) Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with the business development team, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams to drive service quality improvements.

(5) Industry Knowledge Development

  • Stay informed about softline compliance regulations, testing standards, and industry advancements.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance industry knowledge and sales capabilities.

Key Requirements

(1) Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Prior work experience in the testing or textile industry is preferred.

(2) Industry Connections

  • Strong network with suppliers, importers, manufacturers, forwarders, and other key stakeholders.

(3) Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of softline compliance and the textile industry.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.

(4) Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $25,000 to $30,000
  • Guaranteed 13-month salary with performance-based incentives.
