Department: Site Acquisition & Management Department
In this position, you will:
Handle the leasing related documents of all cell sites, including preparation of offer, leasing agreement, cover letter and rental payment
Conduct cell site modification application
Perform all complaint works relating to radio base stations
Communicate with network engineers to oversee the coverage of our mobile service
Search new cell sites, handle contract renewal and site closure
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Degree holder, preferably in business or property-related discipline
Minimum 3 year experience in handling leasing deals and rental administration in Telecom industry
Familiar with tenancy legislation
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required
Attentive to details and Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
More experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
