Department: Marketing Division /Data Traffic Business
In this position, you will:
- Collaborate closely with external and internal teams to ensure successful rollout of new products, services, and offers.
- Communicate with internal and external teams on channels development for data products.
- Assist in the creation and execution of data product and service workflow, including designing the user journey, liaision with the IT team for product and service. Support UAT & PAT before launch & regular product and service review.
- Prepare and review reports and monitor promotion activity effectiveness
- Monitor competitors' activities and stay updated on market trends to identify potential threats or opportunities.
- Assist in service bills handling and follow up customer cases/complaints referred by customer service
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by management
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in consumer marketing / technology / telecom industry perferred.
- Solid experience in implementing end to end program campaigns and developing marketing plans.
- Good understanding of business operations
- Strong project management, multitasking, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IT systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
