Coordinate the business operations of international enterprises, formulate medium-and-long-term strategic plans and annual operation plans, and ensure the efficient achievement of business objectives.
Establish and improve the international business data analysis system, monitor key indicators, identify opportunities and issues through data insights, and propose optimization plans to enhance operational efficiency.
Track industry trends and competitive dynamics, develop business expansion strategies in combination with market demand, and plan sales incentives and marketing programs for new products/services.
Implement checklist-based business opportunity management, organize communication among overseas units and project follow-up, and ensure the closed-loop execution of tasks.
2. Compliance Operation:
Establish and improve the international business compliance management system, formulate policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations and the company's control requirements.
Identify and assess compliance risks, develop response measures and continuously monitor them to ensure the safe and stable operation of the business.
Conduct compliance inspections and special audits, track the rectification of issues, and reduce risk exposure.
Review management policies, contracts, and business processes, provide compliance advice, and ensure that systems are aligned with international standards.
Compile relevant compliance work manuals and guidelines, organize training, and enhance the team's compliance awareness.
Coordinate with the Group Audit and regulatory authorities to complete problem feedback and rectification follow-up on time and regularly produce compliance reports.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, communication, information technology, management, or law preferred.
More than 3 years of work experience in business operations, compliance management, or related fields, with preference given to those with experience in the telecommunications industry.
