Description:
- Track and analyze international trends in science and technology innovation policies. Oversee the company’s strategic planning in the cloud and cross-border network sectors, and establish clear technical and product research goals, evolution paths, and development strategies.
- Lead and organize innovation breakthroughs and application product R&D in the fields of cloud computing, optical transmission, mobile communication networks, next-generation internet, computing power networks, satellite communication networks, and other related technologies, applications, and products.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of cloud and cross-border network products, including requirement analysis, product concept design, product R&D planning, testing, acceptance, and results transformation.
- Oversee the commercialization of cloud and cross-border network technologies and products, as well as provide after-sales support for the products.
- Organize and lead the application for national key R&D plans, Hong Kong ITF programs, industry-academia-research 1+ plans, group core technology projects, award applications, and oversee the planning and execution of the projects. Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, application, initiation, execution, and completion, ensuring high-quality project delivery and successful completion of related research topics.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

- A full-time doctoral degree or higher in telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or a related field.
- Familiar with research project management processes, with exceptional skills in project planning, organization, coordination, and control. Experience in leading or deeply participating in national-level major research projects is preferred.
- Experience in cloud and cross-border network projects, with the candidate having served as the primary project leader and possessing strong coding skills.
- Expertise in cloud computing architecture design and project development, with proficiency in multi-cloud management, computing power scheduling, heterogeneous computing, and computing power orchestration technologies.
- Strong self-learning ability, with proficiency in using AI large models and related tools, and the ability to apply them efficiently to scientific innovation and problem-solving tasks.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud or telecommunications network product R&D, with solid knowledge in mobile communication, internet, computing power networks, artificial intelligence, and related fields.
- Ability to read and analyze professional literature and interpret policies, with fluency in both Chinese and English.
- Familiarity with the main business operations, management requirements, and workflows of telecom operators.
- Candidates with the following experience are preferred:
(1) Candidates with commercial insight and data analysis abilities are preferred. Experience in developing large data center computing power scheduling platforms is an advantage. Candidates with experience in integrated computing and network R&D, cloud and cross-border network product design, and computing power architecture design and optimization are also preferred.
(2) Possession of advanced certifications in cloud computing and/or a senior title (or higher), or mainstream cloud computing expert certifications. Membership in the national or provincial-level cloud computing consultancy expert database is highly desirable.
(3) Candidates with in-depth research in computing power scheduling and orchestration, and expertise in designing and developing computing power platforms, large-scale computing product innovation, and computing solutions innovation are preferred.
(4) Individuals who have been authorized for invention patents in core journals or relevant fields in the past three years.
(5) Familiarity with the large computing ecosystem, computing power scheduling platform development tools, and practical details of their implementation is a plus.
(6)Experience in SD-WAN, cloud networking, international roaming, and related product R&D management is preferred.
