Provide technical support for the server infrastructure for IT systems
Provide administrative and technical support in IT Security Operation such as SRAA, patch management, incident handling, etc.
Collaborate with application teams and security teams for system implementation and ongoing support activities
Compile project and technical documents, such as project plans, technical specifications, and test reports
Provide on-call technical support and other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirement Details:
Degree in Computer Science / Computer Studies, or equivalent
At least 4 years’ experience in IT infrastructure
Solid experience in system infrastructure, including MySQL, Windows/Linux platform, Virtualisation platform (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, FusionSphere) and Container technology (Docker, K8S)
Knowledge in system management and monitoring tools, such as ManageEngine, PRTG and Splunk
Knowledge in IT security operation activities, including SRAA, patch management, incident handling, access controls and log review, etc.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Good collaboration and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
