Manage and maintain the organization's core IT infrastructure, including Microsoft platforms, databases, web servers, virtualization/containerization, Linux systems, SAN/NAS storage, and HCL Domino systems, and other common applications for office environment
Provide frontline helpdesk and hotline support, resolving technical issues for end-users
Analyze business needs and provide technical advice and solutions to support operational requirements
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand objectives and ensure technology alignment with business goals
Requirements:
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant post-qualification, full-time IT experience, including at least two (2) years in a comparable role and capacity.
Strong customer orientation, with the ability to perform under pressure.
Willingness to work outside office hours and occasionally on an on-call basis.
Hands-on experience with the following technologies/products:
Virtualization: VMware vCenter, vSphere
Storage Area Network (SAN).
Containerization: Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, containerd, KubeSphere, etc.
Microsoft Windows Server: Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, File Server cluster, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
