Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Independently manages and oversees the execution of the assigned campaigns, with minimal supervision
Put together campaign task briefs as well as liaise with the planner and channel lead to develop post-campaign analysis
Becomes a key point of contact to Clients of the same corresponding level
Manages own job requisitions and cost estimates
Liaises with agency partners/3rd party vendors to obtain schedules, quotes (if any) and specifications
Mentor junior staff within the team

Requirements

3 years’ experience in account servicing, with a proven track record in client satisfaction and account growth
Solid experience in managing integrated campaigns
Familiarity in social media and other digital channels
Current with the fast-changing market landscape
Show proactiveness participating in Agency’s initiatives
An ability to think innovatively and independently
A “people” person with a collaborative attitude
High attention to details
