We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Strategic Partnership Manager, available as full-time or part-time, to drive revenue growth through insurance-referred elective surgeries and the promotion of wellness and medical check-up plans.
In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to forge impactful strategic partnerships with insurance companies, market our premium services and deliver exceptional patient experiences that boost recruitment and accelerate business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies with insurance partners and professional associations to promote Hospital services, build lasting relationships and unlock new revenue streams.
- Streamline patient pathways for seamless experiences, emphasizing referral metrics and user feedbacks to drive high recruitment rates.
- Identify growth opportunities, negotiate high-value deals and monitor key metrics to optimize performance and maximize business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize efforts that align with our Hospital’s ambitious revenue and expansion goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years in healthcare/ insurance/ professional association partnerships with a growth-oriented mindset and demonstrated track record of revenue generation.
- Exceptional skills in building business relationships and driving revenue, paired with strong strategic acumen.
- Solid grasp of the healthcare and insurance landscape in Hong Kong.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for patient recruitment and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese and fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua highly preferred.
- Open to full-time or part-time commitments, ideal for experienced professionals seeking schedule flexibility.
