Join a small but mission task force inside Green Tomato to rethink how teams collaborate, work, and grow with AI.
This role is about spotting patterns, asking the right questions, and guiding internal teams toward better workflows powered by AI tools — not just for automation, but for real impact.
You’ll experiment with AI-enhanced ways of working, translate them into practical team playbooks, and occasionally help us show the world how transformation looks from the inside out.
What you'll be performing:
- Workflow Research: Engage directly with teams to observe daily operations, uncovering habits, communication styles, and workflow dynamics.
- Opportunity Identification: Analyze processes to spot inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, and areas where AI solutions could make a tangible difference.
- Change Facilitation: Partner with team leads to design and implement agentic workflows and AI-powered enhancements tailored to specific needs.
- Pilot Implementation: Test and refine new AI tools and processes, ensuring they are practical and effective in real-world settings.
- Adoption Support: Guide teams through change, providing onboarding, training sessions, and clear documentation to encourage confident use of new tools.
- Storytelling: Contribute to Green Tomato’s external communications, helping to showcase our transformation journey through events, presentations, or published insights.
We are looking for you if you:
- Are a AI-native thinkers. People who are curious about how AI is reshaping work, eager to explore new tools, and thoughtful about how real humans actually get things done.
- Are excited towards the fast-evolving AI tolls and trends.
- Familiarity with LLMs, such as ChatGPT and Gemini, including the ability to effectively prompt and chain actions.
- Have an inclination to focus on workflows, instead of individual task completion.
- Proactive engaging and taking self-initiated steps in exploring and applying AI tools through personal initiatives, experimental projects, or assist others with adoption.
- Enthusiasm for experimentation, rapid prototyping, and trying new automations.
- Have effective communication skills, facilitating clear understanding and collaboration among colleagues.

Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in developing or experimenting with AI agents and automation workflows, utilizing tools such as n8n, LangGraph, or Dify.
- Participation in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing team operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated initiative in proposing innovative ideas and a willingness to challenge existing practices to improve workflows.
- Embraced a "no right or wrong" mindset — learning fast by doing, iterating, and improving with every step.
