Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the team in managing events, including delegation visits and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of events and programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders locally and regionally to enhance media coverage and public perception.
- Develop compelling content, including press releases, fact sheets, presentation materials, executive speeches, and social media posts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, issues, and government policies through media monitoring and research.
- Undertake regular reporting to stakeholders and administrative work § Undertake any additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in corporate or marketing communications, public or media relations. Candidates with agency experience are highly desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, public affairs, marketing, or related discipline.
- Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude; flexible and agile in managing multiple projects while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a high level of self-motivation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
The position is on a 12-month temporary contract, renewal depends on performance and operation needs
