The Opportunity : Assistant Audit Manager
- Deliver audit, audit-related, and other assurance services to clients across diverse industries
- Manage all aspects of audit engagements, including planning, administration, staff scheduling, execution, and progress monitoring to meet deadlines and milestones
- Maintain timely and effective communication with clients
- Foster strong internal collaboration across service lines
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and thought leadership initiatives
- Demonstrate resilience under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members
- Report directly to the senior manager or partner
- Occasional travel may be required
Ideal Candidates
- 6+ years of relevant audit experience in an audit firm, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Experience auditing listed and private companies; familiarity with IPOs, Listing Rules, and capital raising transactions is an advantage
- Strong technical proficiency and project management capabilities
- Self-motivated and able to manage seasonal workload effectively
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Committed to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations
